Customers thrilled with value and service from World First

Mr and Mrs Richards are now eagerly looking forward to their Caribbean cruise now they have excellent travel insurance cover from World First Travel Insurance.
Mrs Richards, although in good health now, has had two unrelated forms of cancer so was finding it very difficult to get travel insurance with all the provisions she wanted, including cancellation cover. She wanted adequate cover as the holiday is a big investment for her and her husband. She found World First on the internet, attracted by their claim they would consider people with pre-existing medical conditions. She had been rejected by many insurers as they often exclude America, Canada and the Caribbean in their cover if you have health issues and others had quoted between £200 and £1200.
Mrs Richards got straight onto the helpline to ask about cover. She was delighted when World First could offer a single trip policy for their 16 day trip in December for just £173.53.
Mrs Richards says "World First's approach was so refreshing. The adviser was very pleasant and sympathetic to our needs. The medical questionnaires for insurance are lengthy and go into quite a bit of detail but she was understanding and seemed genuinely interested in helping us get the right policy. Other companies seemed uninterested and considered us too difficult to bother with."
As a volunteer worker for Macmillan Cancer Care in her local hospital Mrs Richards is often asked about travel insurance for cancer patients. She says she will always recommend World First Travel Insurance based on her own experience.
