Such impressive customer service and value for money from World First

Mr and Mrs Brinkley, from Suffolk, had been with their previous insurer for several years but found their prices increase dramatically when they became 66. Their travel was then curtailed for a couple of years when Mr Brinkley was diagnosed and underwent surgery for cancer. Thankfully, he has completely recovered and has a clean bill of health and isn't on any medication, so the couple were quite surprised when they were refused travel insurance.
Mrs Brinkley spent a whole morning searching for travel insurance and after several fruitless applications she opted to try comparison websites. World First was the first company listed. She decided to call us to be able to give more detailed information over the phone.
Her call was immediately picked up by one of our expert advisers who was very helpful and considerate. They spoke for some time to get all the relevant information about the couple's circumstances and Mrs Brinkley was delighted with the outcome. World First offered a policy for the couple for their six month stay in Florida for £1690. Other companies had quoted between £2,000 and £3,000 for a three month policy so Mrs Brinkley "snapped our hand off!"
Mrs Brinkley says, "I can't praise or recommend World First highly enough. Their customer service is exemplary, absolutely A1. I can see us going back to them year after year. We have a second home in St Petersburg so we can spend lots of time with our young grandchildren and our son and daughter in law. Discovering World First Travel Insurance feels such a find!"
