World First saved me money and were a pleasure to deal with

Mr and Mrs Kingston run a pub in Catcott in Somerset. Regularly working more than 80 hours a week, holidays are a rare chance to relax, unwind and recharge the batteries.
Mrs Kingston was planning a trip to New York for later in the year and knew how important it was to make sure she had the right level of travel insurance cover for the trip, especially as she and her husband have both undergone treatment for medical conditions in the past.
After spending time trawling the internet for travel insurance companies and companies that provided cover for pre-existing medical conditions she found World First Travel Insurance.
“I found nine companies on the internet that I thought looked like they might be worth a try.” said Mrs Kingston. “I got in touch with all of them and six of them could only give me a quote with exclusions for my husband’s medical condition. It was pointless to take out a policy with exclusions, the whole point of the insurance was to make sure we were covered and I had specifically searched for companies that provided cover for pre-existing conditions.
“The other two companies I contacted could give me full cover but they quoted me premiums in the region of £800 and £400, which I thought was extremely expensive for a single trip policy.
“World First was the last company I called and I was delighted I did. They quoted me £120.42. I was amazed they could offer me the policy for this price. After I’d checked the details and checked the price again I went ahead and booked the policy there and then.
“As well as giving me the best price, the lady I spoke to was excellent, she asked lots of questions, was polite and really friendly, a pleasure to speak to.
“I’ve already recommended World First to my friends and they will be the first company I call next time I am planning a holiday.
