Air Flight Gel has been developed to thin the blood and reduce swelling in the legs and ankles
Thinning the blood to cut the risk of thrombosis on long-haul journeys is one of the claims being made by Air Flight Gel, a new product for travellers.
Formulated to help blood circulation, the gel could put an end to holidaymakers and business travellers suffering swollen feet, ankles and legs on long-haul flights to faraway destinations.
Buying a bottle of the gel can now be added to the checklist of measures, including purchasing travel insurance, that holidaymakers can take to ensure they're protected while travelling.
Elizabeth Somapala, who developed the gel over 12 years, said: "A number of my clients who are frequent travellers have given me excellent feedback that the gel has brought them relief from their travel troubles."
it is available to order from the ES Skincare website for £22.95 for a 75ml bottle the gel contains essential oils including lemon to thin the blood, lavender to ease aches and pains and boost the lymphatic system and juniper to reduce swelling in the legs and ankles.
