Caravan holiday homes 'increasingly popular'

Brits are increasingly investing in caravan holiday homes to give them the opportunity to get away to their favourite domestic destinations whenever they fancy a break.

According to a spokesperson from Haven Holidays, there has been a significant increase in new customers purchasing caravan holiday homes.

Investing in such a holiday home could mean Brits need to carefully look at their budget to ensure they can stretch to such a purchase - and factoring in the cost of travel insurance to make regular trips to a caravan could prove to be wise.

He went on to point out that there is a wide range of places in the UK which are "fantastic locations" for taking a holiday.

The UK boasts "beautiful beaches and breathtaking scenery", he also said.

Brits who like to take regular domestic breaks may find that an annual travel insurance policy offers more value for money than individual holiday cancellation insurance cover for each trip if you also plan to take trips outside the UK.
