Older children 'can still enjoy family breaks'

Parents with adult children can still enjoy a traditional family holiday, it has been claimed.
Such a break may see the need for a holiday insurance policy to be changed to a group travel insurance agreement, to make sure that any illness or other unexpected incident affecting any member of the party is covered financially.
According to managing director at Take the Family Lucy Ace, holidays with children are "incredibly precious" and could end up making memories that last a lifetime.
She went on to say that people go on holidays to take time away from their hectic lifestyles, noting that "who better to spend time with than the people closest to you".
A recent study from sunshine.co.uk revealed that one in four young British adults, some of whom may have not considering holidaying with mum and dad for years, are looking to take a family getaway in 2009.
This is due to being unable to afford a holiday themselves, it was claimed.
