New film expected to see more holidaymakers in Bruges

Film fans are thought to flock to Bruges this year after seeing the city appear on the silver screen.

The film In Bruges has a glittering cast of world famous celebrities and is likely to inspire cinema goers to visit.

Released this month the story features Ralph Fiennes telling hit men Colin Farrell and Brendon Gleeson to take a much needed break in the Belgium city.

The assassins are divided by a culture clash as one appreciates the city's attractions and the other remains obstinately removed from them.

Curious holidaymakers who wish to follow in the hitmen's trail and take a holiday can sample the beer and chocolate that Belgium is famous for.

There is a Chocolate Walk that can be followed which meanders past connoisseur chocolate makers.

Visitors can also try beer straight from the source at the Half Man Brewery. If a taste for beer takes hold holidaymakers have a choice of over 300 types in De Garre bar.ADNFCR-1320-ID-18545149-ADNFCR
