New policyholder delighted with World First customer service
Mr and Mrs Peters of Surrey came to World First when their insurer suddenly shut up shop. Having been impressed by his first contact with our adviser and our competitive quote, Mr Peters took out an annual policy for himself and a single-trip policy for his wife, aged 84. Unfortunately, Mrs Peters suffered a multiple break to her arm while on holiday, which required a lengthy operation and two nights in hospital. Mr Peters had to make a claim.
