The Queen, whose Diamond Jubilee is to be screened live on all of P&O's cruise ships
Holidaymakers enjoying a P&O cruise on July 5 will be able to witness the Queen's Diamond Jubilee live.
The company is to show BBC World News' coverage of the celebrations on all of its seven ships.
Managing director Carol Marlow said that as "Britain's favourite cruise line" P&O wanted make sure its passengers could "enjoy world class coverage of the historic occasion" while enjoying their holiday.
Together with having a good cruise travel insurance policy safely in the suitcase, patriotic British cruise-lovers can be now be assured that they will be able to celebrate with the rest of the country and witness such highlights as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's first carriage ride since their wedding last April.
The BBC coverage, from 9am GMT, will also see the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh joining the royal party on the Buckingham Palace balcony to watch an RAF flypast and greet the crowds.
