Making a claim on your policy

Sometimes the unexpected happens on (or just before) your holiday. Your World First policy is there to protect you and your finances. And we are here to make everything straightforward if you need to make a claim. All the details you need are below.

For non-emergency medical treatment, you should check your policy schedule and the appropriate section of your policy wording to make sure that what you are claiming for is covered. You can set up a claim online or by telephone, you must ensure that you have all relevant documents and any receipts.
