The golf events will take place in Pattaya, Thailand, this November
Many people from the international golfing world will be packing up their clubs, polishing their shoes, arranging their
sports travel insurance and heading to Thailand.
The country's resort city of Pattaya is getting ready to welcome major organisations from the sport by transforming into a golf "hub" by November.
Organised by the Asia Pacific Golf Group, a number of business conferences will be running in the city from October 31 to November 6, along with an exhibition of golf merchandise.
Those taking part in the events include the Asia Pacific Golf Summit, the Golf Course Superintendents of Asia Summit, the PGA Conference of Asia, South East Asia & India Golf Merchandise Exhibition, and the Inaugural ASEAN Golf Tourism Forum.
Mayor of Pattaya, Khun Itthiphol Kunplome, said, "We are delighted that the Asia Pacific Golf Group has selected to stage its international golf conferences and exhibitions in Pattaya and I am confident that Pattaya will prove to be a very successful venue."
