Questions about group travel insurance
Can named travellers on an annual policy travel separately?
Yes, they can. As long as they are aged 18 or over, any traveller named on the annual policy will be covered for a whole year of travel – whether they are travelling alone, with other people named on the policy or with a separate group.
Do your policies allow children to travel alone?
Afraid not. We cannot provide a policy for anyone under the age of 18 to travel separately from the named adult(s) on a policy.
Can I get cover for a friend or family member's pre-existing medical condition?
Unfortunately not. We cannot cover you for the cancellation or curtailment of your holiday due to the ill-health of friends or family who are not travelling with you and who are not insured with us if their ill health is due to an existing diagnosed medical condition or a condition for which medication, advice or treatment has been received.
