Nearly 100 amateur golfers are competing in the World Final of the prestigious MercedesTrophy
Fans are braced for the grand finale of the MercedesTrophy as around 100 top amateur golfers from across the world are converging on Stuttgart.
The event has been organised by Mercedes-Benz for its customers since 1989.
Golfers will no doubt be heading off to the German city for the event with comprehensive
sports travel insurance policies in their possession.
Fans can look forward to spirited battles for the teams as the players get ready to go head-to-head at the Stuttgarter Golf-Club Solitude and the Golfanlage Schloss Nippenburg.
A total of 29 national teams will be vying for top titles at the event. The team from the UK is the defending champion.
Lüder Fromm, director of Global Marketing Communications for Mercedes-Benz Cars, said: "Fascination and perfection are the values that our vehicles have embodied for the last 125 years, values which the sport of golf also embodies like no other.
"We are pleased to offer our customers the opportunity to also experience these values as part of the MercedesTrophy World Final."
