More and more of us want active holidays, according to a poll
Research has shown that more and more of us are looking for holidays that are physically demanding rather than relaxing.
Health and Fitness Travel conducted a poll into holiday trends which found that 94% of people have exercise and exertion high on their priority when booking a holiday.
However, before booking a golfing break or jet ski holiday people should remember to take out

Watersports and fitness classes are among the favourite activities when we go away, according to the poll.
